⁣⁣This poem is from the pages of my 1st book
"The Journey Lost and Confused".
Back when I first began writing these poems, I really never thought much
about what the words said. I was already hearing the next one in my
head. LOL! There is a certain simplicity the poems in my first books
have because I wasn't writing a book, I was expressing what was in my
Heart and Soul. I just needed to let it out and writing these poems was
like opening a flood gate. Basically those poems were my therapy and a
way to deal with my best friends suicide. But then it began to become
more than that. It became The Journey. ⁣
