Nick Smith's arrest earlier in the year for handing out soup went viral across much of the world. 'The Common Unity Soup Initiative' was Nick's idea and a way of giving something to the community (outside in the park), during a very tough time indeed for some people.

Now he has been issued a court summons for that good deed.
