Getting to see a doctor is stupidly difficult, especially when you know this virus thing is gone and the staff has very little to do. My ear has been painful and blocked for 10 days so I called and was told I had to have triage with a Paramedic. He saw me next day only because I moaned about a 2-day wait just to get an appointment call (to make the appointment). The time wasted in triage and visiting, it could have been sorted in 50% time.
