VITAMIN C: The Wonder Vitamin

Vitamin-C is amazing for health and as always the FDA "daily suggested dose" is ridiculously low at 90mg/day..
(almost as if they don't care about our health or something).
Studies reveal the amount should be way higher at around 1,000mg at a minimum although many naturopaths recomend 5-10 grams per day or even 20!
Ascorbic Acid is cheap and easy to use so get yourself into the habit of drinking it daily and working up to such amounts (slowly because it can send you running to the bathroom at higher amounts).
I personally take 10-15 grams per day with no issues all. It can be buffered using baking soda which creates a fizzy drink and with a little stevia to sweeten you have a very nice refreshing healthy drink.
Recipe for sweet fizzy Vitamin-C drink:
1/2 teaspoon Ascorbic Acid (vitamin-c) = 2.5 grams
1/4 teaspoon Baking Soda
1/2 teaspoon electrolyte mix (or some fruit powder for flavor)
1/4 teaspoon Beet Powder ( just my preference for Nitric-oxide)
1/8th teaspoon stevia
