The US Virgin Islands is a US Territory. Only 18,000 voted in the last major election (Nov 2020). As a US Territory, IRS has no jurisdiction. Not only could we have freedom from muzzles and vaccine passports, but we could also have freedom from income taxes, car registration, corrupt state level judges... A true government of the people, by the people and for the people.
