primarily because of the Tuskegee experiments
held between 1932 & 1972
Gov Hogan from Maryland also slipped up & said he was following the Lieutenants orders for the first
Mass Vaccination site at 6 Flags in PG County Maryland
only 19 Residents of PG County signed up for the vaccine
So how do you have the first Mass Vaccination held when nobody wanted it!?
