we've had lights flicker all over the house from time to time and things that shouldnt but do. Whats interesting to me in this clip is, both the nightlight behind the couch on the left and the light on the black stove (which was off at the time) on the right, both of which are on separate circuts, yet both were flickering.
There was nothing wrong with bulb, it continued to work for months afterwards nor was it hanging out of the socket. it doesnt behave like a surge nor did it burn out. What it did do however was act like my air conditioner remote lighting up in increments, thats, very interesting to me.
