⁣Achievable shouldn't be the question. What will happen to plant life and in turn mammals that need oxygen if they are to achieve it? If they cared an iota about the planet they would stop deforestation, pollution such as chemicals in water, plastics in the oceans and all the GMO BS, but we know they don't care as all these things contribute to their agenda.
