Doshi campaigns for greater transparency of clinical trial data and Restoring Invisible Abandoned Trials (RIAT) initiative, which aims to ensure clinical trial publications are accurate, complete, and data are publicly available.
He is a faculty at the University of Maryland where he teaches students a required pharmacy course training how to go beyond a medical abstract, to critically appraise literature and assess biomedical studies & not just take them at face value.

The vaccine trials did NOT show a reduction in death. Even for covid deaths. The evidence is flimsy with just 2 deaths in the placebo group v just 1 death in the vaccine group. My point is those who claim the trials we're highly effective in saving lives were wrong! The trials did NOT demonstrate this.
In the midst up another pandemic swine flu and for 4 years we fought to get access to the clinical trial data for the drug tamiflu... We wanted the 1'000 pages of internal company studie documents that we knew were under the water line.
The fact that the tamiflu data were inaccessible came as a shock even to even the Editors of medical journals who had reasonably assumed since data is fundamental to scientific process, surely it must be available but it was not. It wasn't then for tamiflu and it isn't today for covid 'vaccines'
In fact if you're interested in analysing the data for Pfizers trial you will have to wait until May 2025 before you can even request it from the company And for Modena they said it "may' be available 2022. Ongoing trials to end Oct 2022
So yes the trial has not ended and if doctors and researchers I want to see the clinical trial data will have to wait another year from now before getting access. For J&J try next July.
If you weren't aware that the data was inaccessible I suspect this is because so few Healthcare practitioners and researchers are accustomed to conducting an independent review of the raw data. So there's little outcry when those data are inaccessible.
So while we're told to follow the science, what we're following is not a scientific process based on open data. We're following a scientific process in which the data are treated as secret and in my view there's something very unscientific about that.
I feared we would end up in this situation because data secrecy.
Professionals societies need to declare upfront that they will not endorse treatments or vaccines unless there is complete data transparency.
The data for covid Vaccine trials isn't available and it won't be available for years. Yet we are not just asking, but mandating millions of people take these products.
