This video is the fourth and last part of a series of lectures given to friends in a series that can be called "The Exodus Controversy". This series is part of a much bigger series that considers major cataclysmic events shaping the history of Israel and the World. I will upload other parts in due course once I see how this new video sharing platform works. The Israelite Exodus from Egypt is incredibly controversial. Everything including chronology, the route out of Egypt, the site of the crossing and the timescales of the journey are highly disputed. The conclusions that I come to are somewhat different from many popular hypotheses that take the Israelites across either shallow lakes in the North Eastern Nile Delta or across (or around) the Gulf of Aqaba.
