Any leader we follow is human and can make mistakes. The important questions here are:
Are they unable to address their contradictions?
Are they acting publicly through their ego?
Do they manipulate those that are weaker? Or take advantage of those seeking guidance?
Do they abuse their power?
More often truth is the best path to take.
Leaders should be clear and transparent in their actions and be able to address their contradictions, if they practice what they preach.
