Jason Miller: The Rise of GETTR and the Future of Digital Freedom

This episode we welcome Jason Miller who is the CEO of GETTR social media, and we speak about the rise of this new platform and the future of digital freedom. You will probably know Jason from his time at Donald Trump's side during his Presidency and it is great to hear stories of his time with The Don but also about his role as CEO of the fastest growing social media platform of all time. GETTR is a platform that is clean, intuitive and works every time and here Jason share's his vision as it continues to grow and be the number one place for free discussion and debate.
Jason Miller is the CEO of GETTR social media and was the former senior advisor to President Donald J. Trump and is also a contributor at Newsmax TV. He launched the free speech social media platform in July 2021, and under his leadership it reached 1M users in only three days – the fastest growth for a social
media platform of all time, it now has more than 2M users globally and comes with a promise to never deplatform or censor anyone for their political beliefs.
The importance of it’s emergence as a cancel-free platform was highlighted at the end of Jason’s September trip to participate in CPAC Brazil, as he attempted to fly home, he and his traveling party were detained for three hours and questioned about the purpose of their visit and although they were not accused of any wrongdoing and eventually released, the episode proved that enemies of freedom are everywhere.
Before launching GETTR, Jason served as senior advisor to President Trump, where he worked on his successful impeachment defence team, and before that he served as senior advisor in the 2020 campaign and senior communications advisor in 2016 and also served as communications director in the transition team. In addition to his earlier work managing campaigns for U.S. House, U.S. Senate and Governor, as well as serving as a chief of staff on Capitol Hill, he has more than two decades of corporate communications, public relations and policy expertise advising clients on how to deal with the intersection of politics, policy, financial markets and the media. Jason currently serves as a Contributor for Newsmax TV, offering political analysis and insights for the Make America Great Again movement, the 2022 mid-term elections and policy debates in Washington, D.C. A native of Seattle, Washington, he is a graduate of The George Washington University.
