⁣Shadow Victorian Health Minister Georgie Crozier says the Andrews government's controversial pandemic bill is in “complete shambles”.

It comes after ex-Labor MP Adem Somyurek announced he would return to parliament and vote against the bill.

“The government has pulled the bill today after saying that it was an urgent bill on Tuesday,” Ms Crozier told Sky News host Chris Kenny.

“It is a complete and utter shambles.”
