Mesas clearly look like tree stumps!! the "jars" on the plain of jars in Asia looks like eucalyptus fruits!!
And there is no "stone/rock coal, all coal is made in the same way, trees burned slowly in a oxygen deprived pit covered under dirt and clay!!
