Disabled Gatwick passenger died after falling down the 192 ft escalator in Gatwick, after frustratingly waiting no more for the assistance. His decision to go it alone was made, and I know his situation personally, due to the lengthy waiting for help. His wife had already been helped and off the easyjet plane.
