PRIOR TO FILMING, this copper had rudely told some kids to go away and told them they better leave as he was BIG MAN and would arrest them if they didn't. This would up the cameraman who then started filming him and confronted him for being rude to the little kids. These are the tossers that are employed in our police department. Completely useless at solving any REAL crime.
