⁣Former Victorian Liberal Party President Michael Kroger says Premier Dan Andrews’ proposed new pandemic powers are “modern fascism”.

“That’s exactly what this is,” Mr Kroger told Sky News host Andrew Bolt.

“This is what you see in those types of governments in the past.”
