⁣Brazil - Asked them to create a guarantee fund deposited into foreign bank account and these were Pfizers demands:
1. Waive Sovereignty of its assets abroad in favour of Pfizer
2. No laws apply to Pfizer
3. Take in account a delay in delivery
4. Not be penalized for delayed delivery
5. Side effects - pfizer exempted.
