Kirk Milhoan received his BA from PLNU, his PhD from UCSD, and his MD from Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia. He performed his pediatric residency in the Air Force at David Grant Medical Center at Travis AFB and his pediatric Cardiology Fellowship at San Diego Children’s Hospital.
