I intended to microtarget a select group of people. Unfortunately, I do not have the energy to figure out hot to microtarget those that have searched for disabilities. I am not trying to solicit funds, I am just looking for some advice, and help if possible. If my problems are in your wheelhouse and you would like to help (any), I would welcome it.
