"If the vaccine makers are to be immune to all adverse event liability, they are required by Law to report all injuries to VAERS. That is the trade-off for their absence of liability. By more than 10X. There were more adverse events reported than there are clinical patients in the approval. And the FDA made no reference to reviewing any of the VAERS data. That is a violation of Federal Law under the ’86 Act. You cannot have the immunity without the public accountability.
The 1986 Law, which is referenced in the Approval, says that the benefit of immunity only comes if there’s also acceptance of the Public Reporting System (VAERS), and the Public Reporting System was not included, by any evidence as of 24 August, inside of the approval. This is important because if you care about your life, you must make it abundantly clear that you must have evidence that the 1986 Act was in compliance with this approval. As of today they are required under law, to actually count VAERS as an enforcement mechanism for the public interest, and we know that that wasn’t part of the approval, and we know that this gives you a leg to stand on when it comes to any opposition of any mandate. Why? Because they didn’t follow the Law.”
