⁣Indeed, this video asserts that chemtrailing is taking place while I admit it is still based on theorising through visual experiences alone. To get at the facts one will need high level security clearance and if that were the case, one would also need to consider being a whistleblower on the pain of imprisonment.
Since the latter is not feasible , we are left with theorising as the only means of making sense of what we see. .
