⁣I've caught an 'orange' glow more than once that happens with my lights for seconds, sometimes minutes at a time, I've yet to explain. My dogs are reactive to it so that lends credence to its paranormal nature.
And while electrical & electronics are known to be affected by the paranormal, without being able to monitor fluctuations from the panel even though it was newly upgraded, I can't say conclusively, its paranormal. What I can tell you as a retired electrician is, it isn't a power surge nor from the TV.
I know many want that 'scare' factor, see something moved or a shadow figure but, not all houses experience bad energy. Its not always pronounced or negative in nature, at least not here anyway.
