She believes society needs to start thinking about what rights AI robots should have. Whats most alarming about her talk though, is she reveals what she truly believes. She says
"The reason im interested in working with AI at a deep personal level is because if AI is human like, it will be easier for humans to merge with it. So when i think of the future i dont just see AI and humans, i see a third category, AI human Hybrids. Thats the kind of thing im really interested in exploring as a human. I want to be augmented, i want to have my brain hooked up to the cloud"
Advanced automation in the workplace is a fact and its happening now. All these robots will eventually replace up to 80% of jobs, warehouse, factory, driving, labour ect. What do you think is going to happen to all those unemployed people? Do you think your friendly governments are going to allow everyone to just chill at home in labour free luxury??
These people are insane! When they invisage the future, it does not involve the common people, we will be obsolete and long gone!
