Man has advocated his responsibilty toward God to do what is morally right, giving it over to the government or another man. This is nothing more than passing the blame for sin to someone else, like Adam blamed Eve in the Garden of Eden. God has given man over to the desires of their sinful heart because they would not repent of ther sin and trust God to direct their path (Proverbs 3:5-6).
