to understand what it will be (or already is being) used for by those pushing the transhumanism agenda..that is, the complete removal of free will from individuals. It's quite possible given the complete readiness such a large number of people are displaying to throw away their freedoms or viciously turn upon the unvaxxed, that this technology is already in use and we just don't know it yet.
