Good news! The FPN's issued for not providing name and address to Police when suspected of CV infractions, were deemed not valid and overturned by two judges. This is a victory because it is confirmation that if you're asked for details in reference to getting a FPN for something, and you refuse, the FPN for not providing details, can be overturned by going to court.
