ii. is TOXIC, hence LIMITS on Exposure to it are needed to ensure its SAFE USE. The United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has set a MAXIMUM LEVEL of 0.8 mg/L for Chlorine Dioxide in drinking water.
iii. Normally, exposure to low amounts of chlorine dioxide is SAFE for humans. In a study of 17 dialysis patients, 1 month of exposure to chlorine dioxide-treated water DID NOT HAVE ANY TOXIC EFFECTS or cause anemia (low red blood cell levels).

'The chemical name of bleach is sodium hypochlorite formula NaClO and chlorine dioxide is ClO2. I'm a chemist, I know the difference. This "lab technician" thinks chlorine dioxide is "basically the same as" bleach then she should go back to basic chemistry. The molecule is completely different. Everyone in this misinformation video got paid though? Also the camera shot at 2:14 is edited to show emitting vapour, but from what? The FDA is the Food and Drug Administration established in 1906. This is the same regulatory body which oversees companies like Monsanto.The chemical cartel, see presentations by Dr Rath established that IG Farben, Basf and Bayer were owed by Nazis and carried out illegal clinical trials at Auschwitz and likely other detention camps.'
