there are no subtitles but here is basically what she said:
He went down to get snacks half an hour after his speech. He was taking longer than usual so she went to look. When she got there he was swaying like a drunk person and she thought he was pranking her. He didn't stop when she said it wasn't funny and then collapsed in her arms. The electricity then failed. His whole body went stiff and he was shaking. Then he slumped as if totally exhausted, dragged himself upstairs and insisted he was ok. They went to bed and she was woken by his extreme difficulty in breathing. She called the emergency doctor and she was told to conduct CPR on him. The medics arrived some time later and hooked automatic machines up to him and injected him a lot. They took him to the hospital but she could not come with as she could not do anything. When she arrived at the hospital the doctor told her that due to her CPR, he had a good chance of escaping without brain damage. She went in to see him and he was fully intubated. She put her head on his chest and told him she loved him. Then they wheeled him into a ventilation area. Then the doctors came out and told her he had died of a heart attack where a large valve had completely collapsed.
