Not sure what this moron is talking about but there is NO WAY in hell you can cook a meal for 30p - I suggest he try it himself. He says before people can get food from a food bank, they will now need to register or a cooking course and also a course in Budgetting. They just want poor people to die of hunger. 30p a day????
