It's wonderful to see how effective our Government can be when it really sets it's mind to something.
Operation "Warm Welcome" is a case in point.
The housing ,and provision of a wide range of social services, for thousands of refugees, has been organised, at the drop of a hat.
Now we see what is possible, we have to ask -
why are there masses of people left sleeping rough on the streets of the London?
