I had to go back and look at this several times before I figured it out. Singapore population is 5,896,686 (latest figure) and Total number of JABs administered is 5,933,179. If this was simply a 1 JAB vaccine then we would have more people being JABBED than there are citizens but we know this is a TWO JAB requirement. OK so there are 2,203,272 who have received 2 JABS which accounts for 4,406,544 JABs, so subtract that from the 5,993,179 JABs administered and that leaves 1,586,635 JABs which represents the people who have gotten a SINGLE JAB. OK now percentage wise 2 JAB = 37% and 1 JAB = 26% so TOTAL population with at least one JAB = 63%! Which is still a LOT!
