Don't forget our corrupt, inept, useless PM Boris Johnson granted himself emergency powers and with the help of the equally useless Priti Patel, they have rushed through new fines WITHOUT Parliamentary approval. So far none of the Lockdown or Face Mask fines have reached a court of law, but there is a good chance that a court will probably reject the fine as it has not been properly approved by Parliament.
