Here is a comprehensive study that you can read in case you have not had
the chance yet to look at other points of view. In here, you can also

What is a virus? A virus is a solvent of a kind that is created within
the cell. This is why you cannot catch a virus. - A virus particle is
made up of genetic material housed inside a protein shell, or capsid.
The genetic material, or genome, of a virus, may consist of
single-stranded or double-stranded DNA or RNA and may be linear or
circular in form (Encyclopedia Britannica). The name vìrus is Latin for
"poison". A VIRUS THEREFORE IS NOT A LIVING THING. HENCE, YOU MAY NOT
KILL SOMETHING THAT IS NOT ALIVE.

How does a virus "spread"? It doesn't. The cell may become toxic because
of external toxins that you may ingest or put in your system. A virus,
being a solvent, breaks down the toxins within a cell, thus creating
toxic waste that makes you feel ill when you have a viral "infection".
The more toxins are present in your cell the stronger the reaction. This
could cause cell damage and even death.

A virus can only affect the part of your body which already has a
previous pathology. A virus is therefore specific to a specific part of
your body. As such, it is not transmissible even within your body let
alone between people or species.

How do people get the same virus then? They don't. It is simply the time
of year that conditions your body to undergo a cleansing process. The
only way you can catch a virus is if you injected straight into your
bloodstream by various means.
You may not catch a virus by touching or breathing. NOTE that you CAN
catch a bacteria this way.
