Correct me if I am wrong but killing any baby AFTER he/she is born is murder. There are stories of mothers delivering babies and then deciding that the baby should NOT live so the doctors and nurses take it to another part of the hospital where the child is left to die of hunger. This is the EVIL AMERICA now, destroying itself from within.
