Absolutely tosh, and propaganda from the media, because it is the same every year - 90% - 99% occupancy, running out of beds, etc. Clearly, the only problem is staff isolating after a PCR test - a record 90,000 staff are alleged to be off work, well no wonder the NHS is short-staffed and cannot cope.
