⁣This dynamic easy to follow seated mobility flow can be used as a pre or post-workout warm-up or cool down, or simply as a stand alone routine for health and longevity.
It focuses on mobilising the neck, shoulders, hips, lower back, and thoracic spine.

This sequence is for all abilities. Please be sure to use simultaneous breathing patterns as you flow through the movements, and if you’re a complete beginner to use props wherever necessary. Whether it be a block or towel for sitting on to keep the spine straight or blocks under the knees if you have very tight hips.
