Eight employees at an elderly nursing home in Germany were injected with five times the recommended dose of the BioNTech-Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine due to lack of oversight. Four were hospitalized with flu-like symptoms. The administrator of the district said he was deeply sorry for the incident.
