I'm pretty sure we just don't have enough individual cameras located on our mobile phones yet for them to be introducing this type of technology to the public.

They have had this technology for many years now, its no shocker after hearing they can alter your moods and possibly even have a natural creature under full mind control simply via an injection.
They had to cover this up as it defeats the purpose of fighting wars for many years, global travel and getting into outer space, ect..
