These residents forced the two military vehicles back by simple protests. The Russians are NOT the savage, barbaric war mongers that our MSM portray them to be. In fact they are very careful to cause the minimum damage because they know that once the war has ended, the people need to get back to their lives. if this was America bombing them, all of the protestors would be dead, the area bombed into the stone age and then MSM would proudly announce that there were no Civil Casualties. This is the difference between the American war and the Russian one.
