At least 4 people died from the bad weather that hit the capital of Bolivia, Sucre.
This brutal event caused torrents of hail that swept away cars, motorcycles, garbage cans and market infrastructure.
The rains and hail lasted for about half an hour, which did not give residents much time to prepare. The sewers were quickly saturated which prevented the correct drainage of water.
