Mr Beach sold his land in 2019 to pay a confiscation order and to retire.
A Receiver was appointed to help with the sale’s progress. But the Receiver sold the property to a colleague ‘instead’.
Mr Beach was granted permission to appeal the ‘writ of possession’ on the grounds that the Receiver has sold the property at below market value. But this did not stop Louise Brittian, the Receiver evicting Mr Beach on 21 June 2021.
