This poor lady is trying hard to do an honest day's job to put food on the table and this is how they treated her and they even stole her tip jar. America is now finished. There is NO HUMANITY left in the country anymore, it has become a dog eat dog world. Although this poor lady got some financial compensation, she will probably be too scared to continue as an Uber driver - this time she was lucky, next time she will probably be dead.
