A short excerpt from my old mate Johnny Grim's one-act comedy 'Stairway to Heaven', as performed in Dramafest 2008 at the Old Mill Theatre, South Perth, Western Australia.
Recently deceased biker Robbie Slagg (Greg Ross) and mild-mannered tax clerk Alfred Jones (Jim Barton) find themselves waiting in limbo outside the gates of Heaven, due to administrative cock-ups. The angelic check-in clerk, Gabe (played by yours truly) has the task of sorting out the mess.
