A strong winter storm hit parts of Wyoming with a total of 63.5 centimetres of snow reported over the weekend.
Locals in the small town of Laramie were seen skiing and riding snowmobiles on Sunday, with one of the residents sounding uplifted, "[People are] Not struggling. Skiing. I have seen a lot of people skiing and snowman building but not struggling."
The National Weather Service has issued a blizzard warning for several parts of Wyoming, advising locals against travelling.
