Why is anyone surprised by any measure that suddenly appears, such as the latest "road blocks" between tiers, which aren't legal and break no laws, but Police are wasting time stopping anyone going to various towns and cities. Alex Belfield's video highlighted Police around Manchester, however these road blocks are in the plan I discussed a while back. They're early, I suspect, because of compliance.
