The first guy was taking too long and the second one got fed up of waiting in line. Where has the PATIENCE gone? In Britain we can queue up for hours without complaining because most of us have become emasculated sheep. (Not me personally - but when I complain in a queue the sheep look at me as if I am a TROUBLEMAKER). England has now become the land of queues.
