⁣If you are paying property tax, you don't own your home or any of your property. You cannot secure your future and, basically, you have no rights whatsoever. Read the text below and it will show you the truth about the criminal acts of Property Tax. It's wrong and it means that you have no rights.⁣

From the Illinois Constitution

Bill of Rights

SECTION 15. RIGHT OF
EMINENT DOMAIN Private property shall not be taken or damaged for public use without just compensation as provided by law. Such compensation shall be determined by a jury as provided by law. Eminent domain is the inherent power of a sovereign government to take property it needs for a public use. The U.S. Constitution’s Fifth Amendment, which applies to the states through the Fourteenth Amendment, 141 similarly requires that just compensation be paid if government takes property. But this section goes further and requires compensation if a government project merely damages property. “Property” within the meaning of this section includes every interest that a person may have in anything that can be subject to ownership, including real property and personal property.

The Illinois Constitution clearly states that property cannot be taken without JUST COMPENSATION and that it needs for PUBLIC USE.

When considering property taxes, the government must compensate you for your losses. These losses include the Fair Market Value of your property both Real Property and Personal Property that is seized without Due Process of the Law, meaning a Jury Trial. It also must compensate the property owner for additional losses which include finding a new house to where the homeowner is to live which include Per Diem.

Per diem rates are released annually by the General Services Administration to dictate what federal employees can spend in two categories of travel expenses: lodging and meals & incidental expenses (M&IE). The
latter category covers only employee meals and server tips/fees.

As it is now, Property Tax Seizures do not allow for either Fair Market Value of Real Property or Personal Property which is auctioned off, nor does it allow for Per Diem either. In any case, it does not follow the laws of Eminent Domain.
