Is it a joke or genuine?

If genuine, whilst i believe we have a duty to save as many as we can and also show compassion for those who have been duped but now see the truth. When it comes to pscycho's like this i accept they are a lost cause and deserve everything that's coming to them! Sooner the better too, these type of people are a very real danger to us all!
