Whilst I'm well aware of the level fear porn put out there by governments & media outlets... I'm also very much aware that most "governments" made horrific amendants to their "covid bill's" in early 2020 relating to mental health procedures & criteria etc, (Please read the one related to your country!) & based on that & the fact that absolutely nothing surprises me these days, that is the reason for this upload.
